DO I HAVE TO STAY AT THE RESORT?

To participate in all of the wedding related activities, you must stay at Finest Playa Mujeres, per resort policy. The resort is heavily secured and only allowed guest that are staying at the resort on the premises.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR ROOM?

Please use the link listed above to book your room (flexible rate). We have a limited amount of rooms under a group rate (promo code), please text us when you are ready to book your room and we will send you the promo code. If you do not receive a promo code after contacting us we may have reached our room count. Please do not share our promo code with anyone. We ask that guest book rooms as soon as possible because the resort is very popular and rooms sell out fast. There is a $1 dollar charge to book your room and the remainder is due 30 days before your reservation. Please make sure your bank card is up to date before April 17th, 2025 if you are using the promo code. Changes can not be made after that date or you will be charged the full price. There is a refundable 24 hours cancellation policy, if you need to cancel your reservation.

CAN I BRING A GUEST?

No, unless approved by the bride or groom. We have a limited amount of guest due to the resort strict wedding rules. Once rsvp’s are in, we may have availability to add additional guest.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE RESORT?

You can arrive anytime during the dates of Shakiara and George’s wedding week. The resort requires guest to stay a minimum of three nights. We will be hosting a welcome bonfire on Wednesday June 18, 2025. A a reminder wedding is on Saturday June 21, 2025.

TRANSPORTATION

Plan to fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). Finest Playa Muejres is approximately 17 miles (30 minutes) from the Cancun airport. When you book your room for three nights on the Finest Resort website you will get an email with free private transportation to and from the airport. Approximately one week before travel you will get an email from the car transportation service company (Seasons Tour), where you will have to send them all of your flight information. You have the option to email transfers@seasonstours.com if you would like to book transportation in advance.
